He is a research scholar in the department of English and Cultural Studies at Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has been doing theatre for more than a decade. He has a wide range of skills and tools, from problem solving and decision-making to team management and communications. He can be literally defined as one who helps others learn or who helps to make things easy. His experience in intensive theatre workshops makes him able to help participants collaborate as they explore a topic or issue.
