Ankit conducts data analysis and reporting for surveys that applicants complete as part of the coaching program. He directly oversees the report writing for these initiatives and conducts the evaluation of all applicants, whether the assessment is done through PBTs or CBTs. Additionally, individuals and their group as a whole receive graphic representations of their progress report from Ankit at the closing of the coaching program.
